At launch time we usually aim to dispatch packages within 4 business days.
Currently due to Covid-19 situation in the UK we are experiencing staff shortages in our warehouse and packing is likely to take longer than our usual.
We expect all the orders from launch day will all be dispatched by end of next week (4th April)
We are of course doing everything within our power to pack and dispatch as quickly as possible.
Our warehouse packs orders in teams and in the most effective way to clear the large volume of orders, it is usually in order received but occasionally the most effective system is different. We do what we can to manage the orders most efficiently overall.
You will receive an automated email with tracking within 24 hours of goods leaving our warehouse.
Please note 'DHL premium express shipping' relates to the shipping method and not to the packing/ dispatch time.
DHL express is being used to ensure that the parcel moves through the postal system quickly, reliably and effectively.
Transit time (after dispatch):
Parcels with standard postage travel on a tracked and /or signed for service.
UK post is targeted at 1-2 business days transit time.
International post time is targeted at 7-9 business days.
In extreme rare cases International items can take up to 21 days.
Royal Mail will not treat a parcel as ‘lost’ until 21 days have passed.
At this point we would be able to launch an investigation and would provide a refund to the customer on any parcel which was proved to be un-delivered.

Transit time is targeted at 2-3 business days.
